I started working since 2010 when I was still in college. I used to be a tutor for some Koreans studying in the Philippines. I was teaching English grammar, from its basic principles to the more complex ones. I focused my teaching on sentence construction and accurate pronunciation of words. In 2012, I entered the corporate world. I worked as a staff under the Credits and Collections Unit in the Finance Department of Mapfre Insular Insurance Corporation. In my first year with them, I managed to deal with brokers and dealers regarding their outstanding accounts. From time to time, we had meetings with them to regularly monitor their payment and their commission thereafter. After a year, a more complex job was delegated to me.I was assigned to monitor the Accounts Receivables of different branches in the Philippines. I prepared collection goals and educate the branches to achieve those goals. In 2013, I also started working freelance to practice my profession as a public accountant. I accepted bookkeeping jobs for some companies, mostly were just starting during that time. I do most of my work using MS Excel. Most of the time, it comes handy especially with reconciliation of accounts, making reports and preparing the financial statements.
