I've worked with technical support, banking and travel accounts over the last 4 years. My skills include customer support, troubleshooting, writing, encoding, bookings and reservations, multi-tasking, researching, reviewing/analyzing data/persona and communicating through inbound/outbound calls, emails, social media sites/blogs and/or forums.
I am well familiar with MS office tools and am willing to be trained for any applications necessary for the job. Resourceful and diligent in finding resolution and/or completing the task at hand, I also require less supervision. However, I most welcome any coaching/feedback and assessment to improve my performance/efficiency.
