I have been working for more than the 20 years, 12 years of which was in the BPO industry. I worked my way up from being a representative to being a Team Leader. I have been through all lines of business: technical, customer service, billing, email, chat and forum moderation. My latest post being a Human Capital Shared Services Team Leader (Human Resources), helped me with my management and coaching skills. I was handling critical tasks related to audit and compliance as well as addressing and supporting payroll related concerns, from salaries to allowances to taxes, bonuses and incentives. I manage eight specialists who handle company and government benefits and payroll of more than 20,000 PH employees and 3,000 US, CA and UK employees. I am very much willing to learn more and be trained to further my knowledge, skills and experience as well as share the knowledge and skills I have accumulated for the past 20 years.
