My internship was with Philippine Airlines, which consisted of receiving reports from different travel and tours and ticketing agencies and consolidating the sales from them daily and weekly. I also receive calls and assist with booking and managing already booked flights. I have consolidated monthly reports and submitted monthly hqfdpud. Ss honed my attention to detail and my ability to work fast.
The three-day sale involved customer service and social skills. I assisted different people who had inquiries regarding flight prices and routes. My interpersonal skills were improved as a result.
I was one of the social media managers of a political party. Although it was an all-around job, my main task was to respond to comments and private messages sent to the page. As a social media manager, I am familiar with Photoshop, Canva, and Premiere Pro.
As the external vice president of one of the biggest club in our university, it honed me to be at management and troubleshooting as well as being a team minymq. Dnnsitivity to what my co-officers need and making sure I help them with it is the first thing I have xayvrsz. Ip also taught me to see things in a bigger picture but also keen to qhxhydt. Kj also involved meeting people from the different schools and regions all over the country as well as representatives of potential sponsors for the organization.
Out of all the jobs and roles I had, working with JPIA gave me the most joy and fulfillment.
