I was a Chat Customer Service advocate in my previous company Teleperformance. And in my line of business, I handled all sorts of customer concerns including accounts, billings, products, troubleshooting, and case management.
I am quite good at online research, documenting, and data entry, as those are as what I believed, necessary keys to be a better customer service provider. I am also efficient with MS Word and Excel and because I chose to be part of awesome people who works at home, I am very eager to learn different software and applications that will allow me to explore the world of Virtual Assistance and of course, to be one day, an excellent contributor of knowledge and skills to the organization that I will be belong to.
Because of how diverse my line of work has been, I have learned how to quickly adapt to every situation that I may encounter throughout my career.
