Critical thinking and problem solving is where I've always been good at since i have worked as a Technical representative and Customer Service representative for two USA based companies for the past 5 years, where I handled Billing, Sales, and Technical concerns for a TELCO account.
And also I became a "Subject matter expert" where I teach and help new members of our team.
