Most of my previous jobs were Social Media Management. I am responsible for managing different social media accounts such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest and LinkedIn. Also, part of the job is to create different contents in Canva and schedule them for posting through Hootsuite or Tailwind (for Instagram and Pinterest). I am also the one responsible for the caption creation, hashtag research, social media analytics, social media audit and report, content calendar and engagement: follow and unfollow accounts, replying and reacting to comments, managing Facebook groups and responding to direct messages and scheduling emails.
I also worked before as a Virtual Assistant. I did a lot of research tasks, scheduled meetings and appointments and sent emails to business clients. I was also assigned to create checklists in Spreadsheet and make outlines in Google Docs.
