Job Overview

Hello,

We are in request of a Home-based Appointment Setter (the easiest campaign, no selling involved) for a growing real estate company. We hope to have you on our team!

1. You will mostly make outgoing calls (90%) and sometimes take incoming calls (10%);
2. You will call and ask simple questions according to a script and set appointments;
3. Once you have the answers, you will fill out a sheet, find the remaining answers on the web and email a copy to me.

Requirements
• Excellent English skills with clear voice and minimal accent
• Persuasive & Confident Character
• High Speed Internet Connection
• Computer
• Working Headsets
• Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel and must be able to do internet research;
• Quiet Environment
• Can work between 9AM to 5PM or 11am to 7pm Eastern time, USA Monday to Friday (Saturday and Sunday is up to you) or part-time.
• Easy script will be provided to you upon your hiring.
• Leads will be provided.
• RATE: $x/hour + Incentive Bonus up to $150
• After 6 months: $100 Retention bonus / Regularization with 5-20% salary increase
• Available immediately to start
