Job Overview

Must have knowledge in Quickbooks, has great Follow-Up skills and knows how to process reimbursement, payroll and other accounting related tasks.

Maintain our accounting system / monthly bank reconciliation / p&l.

Work on various admin tasks across all departments / clear redbooth tasks

We are looking for the Self motivated, energetic and dynamic person. To apply for this position you must have the following skills
1. Fluent in English (Writing/Speaking)
2. Must have knowledge of full admin skills
3. Must have knowledge of Social media
4. Can communicate on phone to various client and agencies
5. Task Oriented (Ability to meet deadlines)
6. Can take care of emails.
7. Willing to work full time, 10am EST to 7pm EST
8. Troubleshooting skills
