Job Overview

The iPhone Application Support person tests the iPhone app. Making sure that software development tasks were completed for the current Sprint Cycle (Development Cycle). As well as testing the iPhone applications for any bugs and issues.

This role also supports the application when it is live in the Apple Application Store. Customer Service will resolve any issues users of the app has.
