Job Position: Virtual Assistant

Key Tasks:

Personal Virtual Assistant
Database
Scheduling Coordinator
Call Coordinator


Primary Objective:

Assist in daily work / personal tasks
Manage client database, make notes
Work on special projects as needed
Assist as a back up to manager
Answer phones properly with warmth and friendliness on all inquiries and Showings
Gather feedback on showings
Report and Coordinate all Buyer / Seller transactional tasks as needed
Tasks:
Using email, text message and phone calls to reach out to current, existing or prospective clients
Managing all MLS tasks for e.g. Input data, scheduling tasks for Buyers and Sellers transactions as needed
Making and receiving calls as needed
Sending and responding to text messages as needed
Collecting background information on potential and current clients
Using Google Calendar to schedule tasks and appointments
Logging Results through live Google form or any platform in use
Daily communication with your supervisor
Assisting with Database, setting up marketing & seasonal campaigns
Schedule and Re-schedule all business related tasks and events
Properly route phone calls
Greeting everyone in a positive manner
Assisting management and sales teams
Receive and sort voicemails and deliveries
Setting all appointments relating to Buyer and Seller during and prior to transactions
Client Testimonials / Referrals



Skills:

Great English both verbal and written communications skills
Able to take notes quickly
Must be computer savvy (including Google Drive)
Able to take notes quickly
Positive attitude
Sense of humor
Very Intelligent
Ability to solve problems and research solutions
Sales skills
Good at customer support
Knows how to find answers
Great at problem solving
Knowledgeable with social media i.e. Facebook, Instagram
