Job Overview

We are a company looking for a customer service who interacts directly with our customer. We need a personal representative to handle inbound and outbound calls. Having experience/ knowledge in using intercom software is better. We give full training for this position. Hours and payment method will be discussed in the interview. US time zone.

Qualifications:
Customer service experience
Inbound/outbound calls experience
Must speak English
Self-motivated
Hard working

Tasks:
Receiving Calls from customers
Answering their concerns
making reports
Making guidelines for every task we give
