Job Overview

Our company needs a Virtual Assistant with experience or training on how to handle Real Estate Owned properties on the U.S.
Must have a general knowledge on the REO life cycle and able to do any of the following:
1. Transaction Manager: Takes from Contract to Closing. Makes sure condo,hoa docs are ordered. Managing Offers.
2. Contract Compliance: Offer review, broker contract compliance , broker listing compliance, transaction management.
