Main Responsibilities and Abilities:
o Answer phones; greet visitors on as needs basis and directing callers to appropriate extension or voi
o Other duties as assigned
o Maintaining staff calendar software and virtual punch staff clock
o Willingness to learn new software and computer applications as required
o Track appointment scheduling
o Manage competing demands and priorities
o Performing general clerical duties including basic accounting, billing and filing
o Also data entry work as well.
o Must be a quick learner.
