Job Overview

We are looking for a Digital Recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring superstar employees. The perfect candidate has recruited at least 100 people based in the Philippines and Eastern Europe in the last two years for online or digital companies.

You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and other platforms. Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.


- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards and platforms etc
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
- Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
- Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”


- Proven work experience as a Recruiter, hired at least 100 people based in the Philippines and Eastern Europe in the past 2 years
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews
- Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc)
- Ability to organize skills assessment centers (in tray activities, work samples, psychometric and IQ/EQ tests, etc)
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
- Hands-on experience with recruiting software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-making skills

* Contractor must have a home office including the following requirements:
**** 15 Mbps/download and 3 Mbps/upload high-speed internet minimum but prefer 20 Mbps or more (Negotiable; If you are awesome, we will figure it out.)
**** Webcam for video call
**** RAM: 4GB of higher

What We Offer
- Work days are Monday through Friday
- Pay ranges from $500 to $800 USD per month depending on experience
- Paid monthly via Paypal
