QUALIFICATIONS:

2. Knowledge and practical experience regarding basic computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, and email

Responsibilities
• Perform client management tasks including scheduling, confirmation, attendance tracking, billing, managing client management software, and organizing clients’ training binders/files
* Manage our social media presence
• Follow up with clients and leads who miss appointments and training sessions
• Assists with coordinating live events and specialty workshops including planning, reservations, material preparation, attendee inquiries, order taking, processing, customer service, and other related live event duties; event attendance may be required
• Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media.
• Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease
• Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information.
• Cancel or upgrade accounts.
• Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.
• Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers.
• Answer questions about terms of sale.
• Act as the company gatekeeper.
• Attempt to persuade customer to reconsider cancellation.
• Inform customer of deals and promotions.
• Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being

• Assist in company marketing strategy through social media platforms and email
