Job Overview

We are looking for a hardworking full-time virtual assistant with Excel spreadsheet knowledge to join us!

This is an entry level position working from home. There is room to grow if you are willing to learn. As our ecommerce business expands, you will have the chance to grow along with a caring employer with bigger responsibilities and performance bonuses.

Job involves research, data entry, project coordination and customer support from Mon-Fri 9am to 6pm Philippines time zone.

- You must be comfortable manipulating/editing hundreds of product records in excel format. You need to be proficient working with excel formulas.
- You know your grammar and possess strong English writing skills to reply customers' messages
- You MUST have a very reliable and good internet connection as you will be using our proprietary software to upload jobs daily.
- You must be meticulous, accurate and enjoy working with details, data and numbers
- You are trustworthy and very dependable.
