Job Overview

Hours: Full Time, Approximately 40 hours per week. The hours may have to be
consistent with UK working practices.
Location: Philippines
Salary: Monthly salary of 18,000 pesos per month for the first two months.
Salary will be reviewed from month three onwards. Payment will be
twice a month halfway through and at the end. Payment will be made by Transferwise.
Probation: The first three months will be a probation period


Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required

General
? Previous virtual assistant experience.
? Experience with Wordpress and Webinars and Microsoft Office programmes.
? Update and issue of monthly communication schedule (Excel).
? Excellent English language skills - spoken and written.
? Work from home, excellent broadband connection, microphone and video for Skype. .
? Work from Internet cafes is not acceptable.
? Key Responsibilities of the Role



Email
s/Communication
? Creation, sending, and maintenance of NM related emails.
? Promotion through emails.
? Enquiries - Dealing with students, master distributors, business partners enquiries, and liaising with Country manager and their respective teams to make sure correct responses and explanations are given.
? Communications and Press Releases.Newsletters.
? Any other communications, external, membership, internal as required.
? Enquiry management.
? Review and support of all outstanding enquiries.

Social Networking Support
? Administration of social network profiles and pages
? Continued maintenance and design of social network profiles (as required)
? Networking of NM through established coaching networks


Multimedia Production (plus but not required)
? Creation of promotional videos
? Creation of Webinar videos
? Various graphic design
? Audio/Video technical support




PA to IT Team
? Supporting Head of IT in the day to day management co-ordination of the team and tasks.

CONTRACTOR agrees to provide to COMPANY virtual assistant and computer services including but not limited to:

? Search engine optimization (SEO)
? Forum and blog comments/postings
? Article directory and Link Directory submissions
? Social Media and Press Release submissions
? Internet Research
? Keyword Research
