Customer Service Representative (CSR, Dumaguete, 3PM-12MN)

Brief job summary: Handle customer concerns, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within set time limits; follow up with higher levels of support to ensure resolution.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

Manage customer concerns via email management and soft phone system
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Take the extra mile to engage/delight customers via email or phone
Handling and timely submission of some data entry and administrative tasks.
Required Qualifications and Skill Set:

Call center/customer service experience
Proficient in basic MS Office programs
Knowledge in Google Drive programs - Google Sheets and Docs
Neutral or American-accent English
Highly trainable and resourceful
Able to multi-task
Can work well with minimal to no supervision
Customer-service mindset
Positive work attitude
