Job Overview

We are looking to hire a customer service rep who can work from home and handle all of our customer service needs Monday- Friday 8 hour shift.

The customer service rep will be contacting clients by email only with monthly updates on their personal consumer profile. We are looking for someone who is ready to learn new things and can keep busy and complete task in full. This is a very independent position that requires knowledge and we will train each qualified candidate for the position.
You must be willing to take on other task as well when dealing with clients who email over request and need immediate help.

You must be organized and have access to the internet to apply for this position.
